Great service, both instore and on-site gunsmith
I was pleasantly surprised by the very professional service I received when I wanted their gunsmith to thread the barrel on my Beretta CX4 in order to fit a silencer. I also bought a Glock for myself and the wife and we have had ZERO problems. I will recommend them to anyone. Happy customer!

Great service, both instore and on-site gunsmith
I was pleasantly surprised by the very professional service I received when I wanted their gunsmith to thread the barrel on my Beretta CX4 in order to fit a silencer. I also bought a Glock for myself and the wife and we have had ZERO problems. I will recommend them to anyone. Happy customer!

NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! Desire Van Der Westhuizen Wildman Centurion.
Desire from the motivation/legal team could not care to respond to a customer's email. I have been sending a daily reminder over the last three days to get feedback on a simple request. I will be going into the store again this weekend I already know that they will tell me to email someone else this time. Thankfully they have much bigger and customer-centric competitors to choose from.

Rude, unprofessional don't go there for any reason
I was there at Wildman Hunting centurion with friends went to the shooting range and here comes an old tall man with us shouting and getting rude for no reason, he went as far as lying to my face that i shot the wall i was like relax man u over reacting this is a shooting range if u see that the shooter is doing something not correct u guide and advice and correct them, the man was just too edgy and carrying on and on nonstop with every load we put and he keeps talking down to me, i dont need this attitude from a place i go my burn my money in undermining people and belittling them infront of friends and shouting he even grabbed my gun of my hand and walked with it in a very rude disrespectful manner because i asked him to change the target like really guys come on is this the type of people u put there to face customers, luckily my gun license had been approved and am going to collect my gun from there and never ever going back there and any person i know of i will make sure they dont go there and i will post it everywhere not just on hellopeter, this was the rudest, unprofessional attitude ive never ever encountered in my life

Orderder new rangefinder and paid for it to be courier. Once received it the seal was broken and the battery which should by included, removed. After countless calls and emails. Just receiving excuses and empty promises. Very descussed

Wildman Cape Gate
I wanted to buy a pistol and phoned Wildman Cape Gate. I was told what I will get a full refund if my Lic was unsuccessful after I appealed it. At the store after paying the full amount I asked the salesman to confirm refund. He confirmed refund, hesitated and added that there will be a 10% handling fee! Then I got “Loyalty points” – R600 worth of them! HEY! Not so my balance was R0. I asked Wildman Cape Gate about it and cashier told me she doesn’t know how it works. She connected me to the store manager and his response was also that he doesn’t know how it works. I phoned My Bonus, number you get with a sms and they told me Wildman Cape Gate must load the points. Back to Wildman Cape Gate cashier told me My Bonus must load it and she doesn’t know how it works. Imagine her surprise when I told her I just go off the phono with My Bonus confirming she must load it. All of a sudden she was able to see the R600 but wait she then told me it’s R246.54 and not R600. Wildman’s “Loyalty points” stipulate 3-15% of purchase price and I complained that the amount was now less than 3%. She got angry and said she doesn’t know how it works. Then told me she loaded my “Loyalty points” on another clients! WAS THIS A HONIST MISTAKE? Why then is she able to take R246.54 out of one clients “Loyalty points” and miraculously transfer it to me? ON THE SYSTEM SHE CLAIMS NOT TO DO THE LOADING AND DOESN’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS! Is there a client’s account that gets loaded with “Loyalty points” for kitty of selected people?

Wildman Hunting Centurion
I have been in to the Wildman Centurion store quite a few times and I have always been greeted and asked If I need help by very friendly staff even if I was only browsing. Yesterday I went in to by grips for my fire arm. I was even greeted by the staff standing outside in the parking area as well as everyone inside. When I asked them what I was looking for, the knew exactly what I was talking about and walked me streight to the isle. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and anyone else. Hospitality goes a long way. Thank you.

Wildman Great Service
Wildman online services were an absolute pleasure. I received my trigger stick and platform just a few days after ordering (I am in Mpumalanga). A small part was missing. I took pictures, sent them through and Gerhard from Wildman immediately apologized and shipped the missing part to me. Thank you for your excellent service and response.

Lets face it every sales person will always be nice and friendly to get a sale so you will always have good service till you get to the after service then you see the real service.
