Loved dealing with them! Julian handled by house transfer professionally and speedily. No hassles, no stress - even after transfer I received regular updates on issues such as HOA and City of Joburg pay-backs. Can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Received exceptional service from Devin and Jackie. They saved the day from a absolute nightmare at the hands of transfer attorney. Would recommend them 1000 fold. Devin explained the whole process and took time to go through each clause of the bond agreement including the fine print.

Thank you so much to Danie and his team that helped to register my bond. I really appreciate all your hard work. Wilsenach van Wyk in Linden is best. They finalise everything in just few weeks. The cancelling attorneys were so rude when I had to ask them questions but Danie and Jackie they always there to answer all my questions even if asked so many things they were very professional and patient with me. I want to thank everyone even those that helped him transporting documents I am very happy. I thank all of you. May our Almighty God bless you

Phew!!! a nightmareX3. Just before lodging & transfer they inform me of a clause in the bond which they "never saw" when bond was approved!!! At the end they just ignore all emails etc. No response as to what happens regarding expenses incurred on my behalf as a result of their negligence. (municipal clearance loss of possible other buyers in last 4 months... etc) Thankfully managed to get my title deeds back. Dont be fooled by all the 5 star rating either. Its the people that work there.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my bond by FNB on a purchase I made through MDV. I sent communication out before the building of the house had commenced 25 March 2019 - 29 March 2019. I received communication from WVW on cancellation and fees I need to pay. After a dispute I agreed on the amount I need to pay and on the payment terms. 5th April 2019 I was informed by FNB that WVW continued with the registration after I had cancelled and agreed on payment terms of cancellation fees. This is not right WVW has no right to continue on a purchase under my name after to cancellation. The bullying tack ticks, unnecessary emails, rude tone coming from you Attorney and Development lead is also not appropriate. Therefore I am requesting this matter is referred to another person as I am not in a position to continue communicating with your Attorney and Development lead.

My experience with this law firm was nightmarish to say the least. There isn't enough space to detail the full extent of my experience, but to summarise my experience: Legal documents contained serious errors i.e. one document had the wrong year listed in the date. Important clauses were left out of legal documents, which made me feel that my interests were not being looked out for and clauses that were included were barely coherent. Regarding customer service, I find that I get better service from my local car mechanic! He has never put the phone down on me, which is what I experienced at this law firm. I have seen the director of the law firm wearing hiking boots and a tracksuit jacket at work! I suppose the fact that this law firm doesn't even have a sign advertising its location and has corrugated iron roof sheets serving as its front fence paints a complete picture that it is not a respectable law firm.

I sold a property in 2015. Wilsenach et al. were the transferring attorneys. After numerous attempts to get my refund from the Pretoria council I inquired with one Danie Botha in July 2017 to please check as I had been to the council and was informed it had been paid. Danie told me it had not and they had only received one payment in four years from the council. I returned to the council last week and was given proof that the refund had been paid into Wilsenach attorney's trust account in May 2017. I forwarded this to Danie and received no response to my emails. After then calling and voicing my displeasure at the fact that this was in fact a form of theft I was informed by Mr Botha that he had not responded to my mail as I lacked manners. Please if you have not received your council refund from this firm do not simply let the issue go, chances are they have simply not paid it over to you.
