I placed a small order from Windovert , Durban branch. Nirvana, the lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. Although it being a small order, she was so helpful, calm , patience and honest , she treated my order as if it was a huge order. She kept in touch with me all the time via WhatsApp regarding my order until it was ready to be picked up. I don't know about the other staff but I'm sure they have the same qualities and good business manners as Nirvana . Good service like this is hard to find these days, she is a valuable asset to the company. Keep it up Nirvana . Thank you Farouk Ishak

A Windowvert van with a white driver was travelling along Lynwood road today. He was in quite a hurry and constantly between lanes . As we were approaching Wilgers hospital said driver was on the right lane and indicated to come onto the left lane on which I was. However, there was not enough space for him to come onto the lane and came very close to hitting the front of my car. I hooted and the driver became very aggressive. I moved onto the right lane to avoid a collision and then came back onto the left lane . While doing so the driver was shouting from the window and proceeded to show me the middle finger. Wow! He turned left just before the Grove mall. So not only was he wreckless and negligent because if he knew he was going to turn left then he should have been on the left lane well in advance and not put other drivers at risk, he was also aggressive and completely disrespectful to a woman. If a person is driving a company vehicle the he is a representative of the company and should make an effort to not tarnish the company's reputation but he didn't care at all. Shocking!!!

Terrible experience. We received the wrong colour blinds. And Charmaine (the owner) told us because we signed the quote for the wrong colour and paid a deposit we are responsible.... for their mistake. We originally looked at a colour and realised with the sales rep present that it was way to organge. We then chose 2 more colours that we were happy with. Charmaine told us she sent us 3 quotes; we checked, we only received 2 quotes. Unbeknown to us, 1 quote was for the orange colour called 'Biscuit' and then another quote for a colour we liked. We chose the biscuit colour thinking it was our second choice of a more neutral colour and because it was also cheaper. We had no idea the biscuit colour was the orange colour we didn't want. I contacted Charmaine to inform her and I was told it's all our fault. It's our fault that: 1) we initially chose the orange colour and the sales rep wrote it down and handed it in to be quoted on after we changed our minds on the colour. It's our fault that 2) she sent us a quote for the colour we didn't want. It's our fault that 3) she sent us 2 quotes (with wrong colour) when she said she said she sent us 3 quotes - we never received 3 quotes. It's our fault that 4) that we signed quote for wrong colour (thinking it was the correct colour) and factory will not fix the error. Because Windovert can't blame the factory, they have to blame the customer. It's alllllll our fault and Charmaine and sales rep are not to blame and we now sit with orange vertical blinds. I couldn't understand why the guy who came to install the blinds couldn't wait to leave the premises. He didn't even check to see if COD balance I gave him was correct. We never received a receipt either. He left the blinds open at an angel so one couldn't see the colour of the blinds properly. It was only after they had left did I close the blinds and was left stunned that it was the colour we didn't want. To everyone out there, Windovert will not fix any problems and will blame the customer for their faults.

Was so impressed at first..... then the shutters started to peel and hinges rust, after just a few months. They came to replace some of the hinges. Still waiting 3 years later, mail after mail, as to when they are going to repair the shutters in the 4 Rooms! Very poor after sales service and quality of blinds. Such a bad experience and a lot of hard earned money wasted!

Absolutely fantastic after service. They made a quick appointment to service the blinds. Very friendly and they really are experts with the product. Can highly recommend this business in the Garden Route.
