Worst welcome and service ever!!!

Walked in to the hotel, three ladies standing at the front desk. Not one person greeted us . I then asked if we could be seated closed to the bar area as we would like to have lunch and drinks. They just said no sorry and looked at us as if to say there was no bar and also looked at us as if we were confused.
