Sandrigham wine and cheese disaster

I have not taken my experience to social media as I was trying to give the event co oridinators a chance to respond/ reach out first. But it has been over 3 weeks since the ********** event/ experience. My husband amd myself went to the recent Sandrigham Wine and cheese Festival end of September , one of the huge poles from the Bedouin tent came loose and fell on my head. They tent restraints had been flapping in the wind so loudly it sounded like a helicopter above us, and many people kept looking up, but no one from the event did anything to rectify. The straps holding the tent were loose and kept flapping like that for at least half an hour. My husband also saw the tent pegs had moved inwards towards the middle through the mud... As we got up from our table and started walking the pole came down on my head. It took them 45 min to attend to me I kept wanting to sleep (.mild concussion) I ended up leaving in an ambulance and had a CAT scan to check for damage to my head and spine. I am absolutely disgusted the lack of organization. I hope people don't go next year . They sold way too many tickets for the safety of the event. I have had no reply or communication from them.
