They are *****s!!!! You order 1 item and they debit your account for more items!! I keep on mailing to say all must be cancelled, but no reply. Do not ever make the mistake of dealing with this company!!

Never waste your money or time, the worst service , they charged me for a canceled membership two years later, now I'm being threatened by lawyers for something I canceled, for money owed, you give them your card details how do you owe, when they debit????

They do not even deserve a 1 star they are horrible. Paid them all their money. Closed everything , so they decide to come back after 4 years to say I owe them money. They can go to hell

In July I placed an order and I paid via debit order. When I received my parcel, yet again it was such a disappointment (as previous times!!) Last Friday they debuted my account (no correspondence from their side) - without me placing an order. Since Friday I’ve been calling and sending emails. This morning, after several attempts to speak to someone - no response. I will never, ever buy from wine of the month again. What they promise you and what you get, are worlds apart. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT!!!

Very easy to subscribe but do not try to cancel your subscription, debit order is still going of after two months of cancelation of subscription and when I call about the refund they always say next day. Have not received my refund yet.

Terrible company .. Very bad with communication and when you tell them you are cancelling all of a sudden they respond to your emails. Don't waste your money, rather start a collection on your own because some wines I googled , and the price they charge :( totally not worth it.

Their "Gin Box" gin is average and the accompaniments mediocre. There's a lot of potential, though. However, they will harass you despite being asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. I made lifestyle changes a few years ago in order to be supportive of a loved one who is a recovering alcoholic. This is why I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. I clearly stated that it would be irresponsible and unsupportive of me to make further purchases from them as I live in the same home as a recovering alcoholic. They still call me. Repeatedly. And I've repeatedly asked them to put me on their Do Not Call list. I understand that Wine of the Month Club is a business and that they use cold calling as a means to generate solid leads. What I do not understand or respect is a company that doesn't give a hoot about who they target despite being asked to refrain from further engagement. It was annoying to start. Not it's harassment. I bought one box from them about three years ago. I asked to be put on the Do Not Call list two years ago. I've asked to be put on the list and have given the reasoning therefore on nine separate occasions (and counting). I have not initiated contact with this company other than the original box I ordered. WotM ought to be ashamed.
