Was interested in a car at the kuilsriver branch did finance and it was approved give a deposit of R260 000 then the bank ? some how change the deal to a balloon payment or a 92 payment plan ... i cancel everything now the big question is when will i get my money back ????

I am very sorry to hear you want to cancel.
I am the chap that fought hard with the banks to get you approved and we received a 100% approval which was to your liking. When I heard the bank had then changed the structure I got hold of senior management and had them change it back to where it was (they had made an error their side) . I have shared your complaint with WesBank and the regional manager has tried calling you this evening. He will try again tomorrow.
Of course we will pay your money back
