Poor service and falsified information
I contracted Wire Guys in August to install inverters, with the plan to later install solar panels with the intention of getting off the grid, The system only lasted for four hours the first two times of load shedding, after that it only lasted for an hour and a half, they came and did tests on the system and started removing circuits from the inverter to maintain the load, I have it in writing that these inverters would run all circuits, They then said the batteries must be faulty, the removed the batteries for testing, they told me it would take a week, it has been a month, I found out yesterday that the inverters and batteries would not be capable of getting me off the grid, I want my money back
