Be careful when going to them and do your own due diligence checks for vehicle kilometers and year model. I discovered that they reversed the km's on the car I was interested in and they were selling it using a wrong year model. Thank God for the Consumer Protection Act for disclosing this information as I was required by the bank to sign it first before they could finance... I wouldn't have known all this if it wasn't for the bank finance. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy!!!

I purchased a car cash recently (18/02/2021) at Wisdom Auto dealership in Johannesburg no38 Booysen street. Ever since that day I have not been happy with the service I have received because I stay in Polokwane and I cannot travel anytime soon to go there and enquire about a few things. I bought a 2017 Polo vivo that had 37000km on it at the time and it is a second hand car. I asked for the service book and they said they did not have it. I took the car and only a few days after it is signaling that it requires service, I tried to get in touch with the dealership and no one is answering my questions. with regards to the warranty of the car. I paid R108000 for the car and I am not getting my money's worth. The sales lady who assisted me (Meme) has since blocked me.

Want to report the worst service Ive ever received in the last 10 years of buying vehicles from Wisdom Auto Motors - Kempton Park, Gauteng, asked to get my car evaluated because im interested in one of their vehicles, then because i didn't want to first give my settlement he looked at the vehicle and thumb sucked a stupid figure and then said its because i don't want to immediately give him my settlement figure, a settlement has no relation to the offer they are willing to give as trade price... then he told me to rather go before he gets physical when i asked him if he has lost his mind... his words was because he hits my eyes blue.....I will be taking this to all other forums before this happens to other clients.
