Poor customer service
I have noticed that someone that I don't know has wise account under my name and I was not aware of that, until I wanted to open it. But I wrote countless complaints about it but wise didn't even bother to help me. It means they are supporting ****mers

Rude awakening with WISE banking
Stay as far away as POSSIBLE! Bank charges over 20%. Its total daylight ROVERY !!! Zero service and impossible to request rates - We had to do physical do transactions to find out what RIDICULOUS TRANSFER FEES THEY CHARGE. Over 20%. It is unbelievable! I would NOT recommend WISE to my worst enemy !!! Stay AWAY - If you see a add about WISE banking - RUN !!!!!

After my cash withdrawal request was declined, I suddenly found myself locked out of my trading account. Along with feeling extremely frustrated, I was genuinely concerned about the safety of my investment. I typically do not leave comments, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I unfortunately fell victim to a scæm and lost all of my funds to a fradu|ent company. However, thanks to the expert team at Spacetel-capital, I was able to receive the he|p I needed. I sent more than 86,000 euros to ****mers because Blockchain contacted me by email and told me that I had to pay commissions and taxes. After I sent my money, the Blockchain manager kept asking me for more money and promised that I would receive my payout after that. After contacting the police, I waited more than 14 months but my money was not returned. After that, I finally found the right contacts of the Blockchain manager who helped me get my money back. Wise Bank money transfer pathetic
Wise is pathetic, the depositor had deposited cash in Denmark on Sunday and funds haven’t been received in South Africa even by Friday, that’s a useless service considering we living in 2024. The customer waiting on the transfer was rendered anxious & frustrated and was inconvenienced with local utilities not serviced and put her into dangerous physical environment. Wise is not a reliable company, they don’t have offices abroad, no contact centre of ready email available. Won’t be using them, period
