Bad wifi
I am staying at quiver tree apartments and they use Wish or Euronet, it’s the worst ever as you can’t even watch Netflix and it hangs like 8 times during an episode - you pay lots of money to stay and then their internet totally destroys your experience - what a shameful company or should I say shameless as they just don’t fix it according to Quiver tree stellenbosch

I ordered stuff in November 2020 and did not received it up to today On the tracking it shows it should be delivered by the 12th of February, but nothing has been delivered. Numerous emails sent to them with no response. I will never recommend them, think it is a scam

Very disappointed
They take people's money, rewrite your delivery address and you never get your item that you ordered. The customer service is a joke. They are thieves do not deal with these people

Poor quality on the Wish site!!
I shopped over Xmas on the wish on-line site. I spent a lot of money and was hugely disappointed in every single item that arrived. The quality is shocking, it's definitely Not what is shown in the pictures. The products I received can literally go into the Dustbin. I shop regularly on line, but I have never received such poor quality. Shoppers beware of this site!

I shopped over Xmas on the wish on-line site. I spent a lot of money and was hugely disappointed in every single item that arrived. DON'T PURCHASE FROM WISH
placed an order on the 21 October hoping to receive everything before xmas. Delivery dates continue to move and after this purchase I received strange calls for transactions on my card from China... My strong opinion don't purchase on this site it is very unprofessional. you cannot rate late deliveries. Feel helpless and stressed about whether items will reach before xmas

Wish network poor service & product
Wish network is of very very poor service, from network availability to access logon page to poor internet speed right through to customer support service with a bad attitude.

Waste of money
I have been using Wish Networks for a long time now. I never really experienced issues with them, however, this year we have been constantly having issues. Their infrastructure is rubbish. We made use of their hotspots which requires you to buy vouchers. The issues we have are: - being thrown off the network - specific connection spots not having internet access. We contacted them about this issue and the expected response would be for them to check if their routers (hardware) are still working, instead the response we received was merely an explanation on how to log on - disregarding the fact that they could see according to my account how long I have been using their service (meaning I know how to log on). The problem persisted. Today we have the additional issue of nog being able to log on to the network, because we are not prompted to the log on page and when we enter the address therefor (10.5.50.1) nothing happens. All our devices are unable to connect. This has been happening for two days now. Due to the experience we had when we contacted them previously, we are not even considering contacting them now. Their attitude sucks. I would not recommend Wish Networks to even my worst enemy.
