Great service from Priscilla Makungo
On the 23rd of this month I received an exceptional service from the student nurse by the name of Priscilla Makungo,she deserves a permanent post,the way she conducted herself was top notch service

Unmatched wonderful services
Witkoppen Clinic is nothing short of a miracle in action. Despite working with the most limited resources and relying heavily on donations, their staff consistently go above and beyond to provide essential healthcare services to those who need it most. Their compassion, dedication, and resilience are unmatched. Every time I visit or hear of their work, I’m reminded that true angels walk among us. They don't just treat patients; they treat people with dignity, kindness, and care. Witkoppen is more than a clinic — it's a lifeline for the community. Frustrated Patient
The Dr's are amazing but for you to even see them you will be in luck. As a person who brings a MH patient we come in at 5am wait the whole day either to be dismissed and not see Dr or told to come following month for the same experience. And also note 70%of the patients are Non South African citizens,yet they get first preference. No longer have good service.

Slow service.... It's not even busy.
I've been here since 7:30... Still in the queue... Even elderly patients are not getting treated first. What is happening to Witkoppen clinic? Are you guys changing your systems because you are not even using the number system today. It's 12:17 @ 13: 00 I have to go fetch my son from school.

APPALLING SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!
What a disgrace to public service!!!! I’m appalled by the service from Witkoppen Clinic, on Monday 23 September 2024, I went to the clinic unaware that Dentists only work on Tuesdays & Friday, so I returned to the clinic on Friday 27 September 3024 as Tuesday was a public holiday… after getting injected the dentist was unable to extract my tooth due to an infection, she (an Indian Dr who was very polite) then provided me with antibiotics to take home and asked that I return to the clinic on Friday 4 October 2024. I returned to the clinic on Friday 4 October 2024 around 07:15 , firstly they were unable to trace my file for a good 2 hours then when they finally found out I was sent over to the dentist, after waiting in the queue for another hour the dentist (now an African Dr) told me that I won’t be able to extract my tooth as I had not received a number from the gate, when I explained to her that the Dr I had seen last week had said I should return this week, she said she won’t help me and offered to give me painkillers for me to return AGAIN next week Tuesday!!! It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that this is how patients are treated at this Clinic. How do you turn a patient away after telling them to come back on that day??

Disappointing Experience at Witkoppen Clinic
I recently visited Witkoppen Clinic for a scheduled appointment, only to discover that the receptionist, Verro, had booked me on a day when the clinic was closed. To make matters worse, I was informed by another staff member that 6-month immunizations are only done on Thursdays and Fridays, yet Verro had booked me for a Monday. Verro's lack of attention to detail and failure to update me about the incorrect booking was frustrating, especially considering the transportation costs I incurred. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with Verro's rudeness. The clinic's services and other staff members were helpful, but Verro's poor customer service and incompetence overshadowed my overall experience.

Worst Service
The way I was expecting good Service from the Doctor. I was called by my Son School principal, telling me that my son has been touching his private part non stop he said that it’s painful and itchy. We then went straight to witkoppen Clinic and we got there I explained to the lady why we here . She then say they don’t take patient anymore mind you it’s 10:15. I then ask it’s an emergency because his private part it’s painful. She was like okay let’s go ask the Doctor if she will be able to help you. When we got the lady first went to the doctors room after few seconds she called me to come inside the Doctor then said she can’t help me I must come tomorrow I then ask “So this is not an emergency “ she Said No. she didn’t even take a look on my baby’s private part . They told me to come tomorrow morning around 5am . What nonsense is this. So stay with my baby with a painful private part until tomorrow what if it’s get worse in the Evening or cause an infection or something. I really didn’t expect that from Witkoppen Clinic. I was expecting good results

Counsellor SANDRA MOKONYANE What a rude counsellor!!! She has absolutely no idea on how to work with people, none whatsoever, let alone speak to people. She shouts at people for no reason. What’s the purpose of being provided with the numbering system ticket and your staff don’t bother to follow it? I politely asked her if she’s following the numbering system ticket after I realised that it wasn’t really followed and she rudely told me to put my ass down because she knows how she does her work. LIKE HELL SHE DOES!!! She assisted about 4 people who were behind me as per numbering system ticket because “that’s how she does her work” as she said. What a petty woman!!! Please teach your staff how to work with people!!!
