Rubbish Municipality

You are supposed to supply us with rubbish bags and garden refuse bags every month. I live in Tulbagh and have not had any bags delivered in the last 4 months. Reports to your call center go unresolved. Wiztenberg Municipality - if you can't even find a supplier for rubbish bags, how can we expect you to do anything else? Your credibility rating is at the lowest it can be.
