Unfortunately they were the only place in my area that I could find who does big metal ring binding on paper manuals... But there my troubles started. Wizardz in Tygervalley bound 25 manuals for me and for months afterwards, I had to keep returning the manuals to be re-done, as the pages kept falling out. Recently, I took two manuals back to them and the service was atrocious!!! First, the one guy in the shop ignored me and went to stand in the back of the shop on his phone. After about 5 minutes waiting, I asked him if he could help (there was no one else in the shop), he said he was doing printing (but the printer machine was doing it, not him!!). I asked him if he got the time, if he could bind in three new pages for me into 2 manuals and left. About 2 hours later, I got there and they told me they couldn't do it, as it would mean the have to put in new wiring. I said to the woman helping me that this isn't a problem and I will return 30 minutes later. Got back later and the pages were inserted and bound IN THE WRONG ORDER (back to front). All the pages were numbered, so if she cared at all, she would have checked the page numbers. I was in a super big hurry, but told her to reprint those colour pages and re-bind it - at their cost. She has such an attitude and then did a half-assed job to cut the same pages (no reprint) and give me the manuals back STILL bound in the wrong order! I told her that this is **** work and left the shop - they still charged me R 110 for the two new metal binding!! She had such a **** attitude and I will NEVER go back to them. She back-chatted when I complained about her **** work. Luckily due to this horrible experience, I was forced to find a lovely shop in Century City that also does the large metal binding. Goodbye useless company - you seriously need to work on your customer service and satisfaction.

I went into the Tygervalley store to arrange for an A1 Photoprint. It was busy when I came in so I waited for about 3-4 min, just waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. I was prepared to wait. A couple of min later the one guy got up, walked past me but didn't even look in my direction. I'm not expecting to walk into a busy store and have everyone drop everything they are doing to assist me, but acknowledging me and giving me an indication of how long before I would be served would've been nice. I've printed there a couple of times before, but this experience led to me standing in your store while searching online for an alternative, which was nearby, called them and then went there instead, where they too were busy, but the guy immediately acknowledged me and said he will be with me shortly. Pretty disappointed in you guys.

I wanted to reach out to share the outstanding experience I had thanks to one of your employees, Shahien from your V&A Waterfront branch. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made me truly feel like a valued customer. What truly stood out was his attention to detail—he clearly takes pride in his work and puts extra effort into ensuring that every customer feels looked after. I felt genuinely blown away by his exceptional service and professionalism. He deserves the highest praise—a 10 out of 10! This is definitely the Wizardz branch that I will go back to time and time again. Outstanding employee!

I went into this store, instead of the portent inside Gardens Centre, to get booklets printed. I was met by Gavin, the most unexcited and unhelpful man I have dealt with recently. Between long periods of silence, he was unable to work out how to print A5 word documents. He said that the person who had made them should have sent PDFs. I was unable to do his job for him so I left and have taken my business to Postnet, who are able to print 2 A5 documents on an A4 page and cut the page in half. This guy was really particularly unhelpful and disinterested

Today I went into your V&A branch to print out business logo's that I print all the time at multiple branches. I. Print them @ 5cmx5cm on 160g board in colour. I usually pay R11, which I was then informed now costs R12.20 or something like that.. Fair enough prices go up.. Strange time for a price increase, but whatever. Then however I get informed by one of your sales staff that there would be a R90 graphic design charge. Firstly.. I have never ever paid any such charge and to say it's a graphic design charge is absolutely ridiculous. It's a click of a button.. Selecting multiple columns and rows in the print window. How on earth do you warrant R90 for that. That is literally R15 a click of a mouse... Can you please explain that to me?? Also when asking why I had never been charged that before.. I was informed that it is down to their discretion... What bull**** business model is that. Do let's simplify this... I had a 5x5cm design.. I wanted as many as I could fit on a A4 160g board in colour.. I was charged R90 for the placing.. Which you claim is a graphic design fee and then my design was still ****ed up as there was zero bleed... So I couldn't make out where the one design ended and the other started and one column had the entire number of the business cut off. Disgusting service, disgusting work and disgusting prices!!! Will never be back and will make sure all my clients take their work elsewhere.
