SHOCKING SERVICE WK DIENSTE
WITHOUT PREJUDICE UPDATE #WKDIENSTE AKA #MASSINTERNETSYSTEMS OR #MIS #WKDIENSTE now claim they have had to close their doors and pay off 10 staff members. See screenshot of message. Their website is still up and they now have a radio station asking for donations for the poor. See screenshot from their website. They have still not refunded us for the money we paid and NO service. Please have nothing to do with these scamsters

Wk dienste is not existing any more ....... Run under. Mass internet solutions and send mail out they will not operating anymore under lte services but webside still active under wk dienste and they are big frauds. Take money for service and dnt do a thing for you. BUT WORSE OF ALL THEY ALSO GOT A RADIO STATION RADIO MASS INTERNET SOLUTIONS........... STILL SAME PEOPLE.......... BUT NOW THERE NEW TECHNIQUE IS TO DO CHARITY DRIVES AT SHOPPING MALLS. ASK FOR DONATIONS LIKE CASH FOOD OR CLOTHES. PLEASE PEOPLE DNT SUPPORT THEM..... DNT EVEN WANT TO MENTION WHAT THEY WILL DO WITH THAT MONEY AND STUFF. DEFN NO CHARITY WILL GET ANY....... THEY ARE SKELMS AND JUNP FROM ONE WAY TO ANOTHER TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE. Bad Service
WITHOUT PREJUDICE WK Dienste/Mass Internet Systems We paid R2100.00 for uncapped internet service on 22nd December 2018. To date, we have received no service. After 100s of phone calls, emails there has been no service. I then cancelled our contract two weeks ago via email, phone calls which they keep dropping when they see it's me, as well as their ticketing system and again week ago. I have received no response. I demanded that they pay back the R2100.00 plus interest. I called today from a different number which they picked up and when I, very firmly, spoke to Chantelle she put the phone down in my ear.

They said I can send back the Router and they will refund me,, I have tried to email them and call nobody picks up. they make promises of services which you pay over R2000 for and then can't uphold it. They have changed there name to Mass Internet Solutions.

Sent out an email stating they are cancelling all services in advance and then closed all relevant avenues to receive service until close off date. In other words - did a runner with people’s money. Fraudulent Changed company name to Mass Internet Solutions, but kept using the same websites. Deleted online profiles of all staff and company from social media.

These people are thieves. I registered with them 3 months ago for their uncapped LTE services. They haven't connected me once, every time I ask or try to make contact there is no response. I have to send emails to every person at that company until I got a response. 3 weeks ago they admitted that they don't know how to provide the service and offered me a refund. Then they disappeared again, now again I have the problem with no response. And they threatened me with blocking my emails. These people aren't worth it, please do yourself a favour and stay away from them

*** Warning *** This company is fraudulently selling data products. Most clients complaining about the same issue. Signed for X and got a little of Y. No proper feedback when complaining. It's clear they are selling 'Peters' data to 'Jack'. 'Uncapped' internet sold, when checking router sms's it clearly stats that 20g data was loaded and when it's finished you struggled for days or weeks to get internet going again with various dummy reasons such as our developer are working on the issue, but in the meanwhile my brother is on the same plan and got them to load extra 20g. You don't get value for what you are paying although the deal seems sweet. You have been warned...
