No Communication
I gave this company a 1 star review on Google Business due to a terrible experience that I had with one of its agents. The agency requested that I contact them to explain what the situation is which I did via email. It has now been almost two weeks with no response, no explanation, apology or further communication.

Kindly note that I was hospitalised since the 21st of June due to complications of my pregnancy. Only emergencies was attended to during this time.
I will investigate the matter during the course of next week, as I had an emergency c-section on Thursday the 8th of July 2021.
As soon as I have investigated the complaints, I will provide you with feedback.
