Took my blanket me yesterday07/06/25 for a wash but the attended refused to take because it had beats on. I had explained to her that the beats don’t fall off and I’ve have been bringing my blankets for the past 3 years no complains. I am just disappointed on how it was handled

Hello Peter I bought a suede jacket in August 2017 and took it to Wonderpark Dry Cleaners in Wonderpark, Pretoria on 28 June 2018. When I went back to them to collect it, I found it damaged and wanted an explanation from the staff. They promised to fix it and asked me to come back after few days. I went back after few days and still found that there was no improvement on it. I then requested to speak to their manager (Louise) who came and promised that he was going to send it to Johannesburg to have it re-dyed. When I back to them again for the third time, there was still no improvement on it. He then said I should give him proof of purchase and he will speak to his seniors and find out if they would replace it themselves or whether they would file an insurance claim. I went back to the shop I bought it from in order to get a re-print of the till slip. I then went back to the Dry Cleaners to hand it over. Louise said I should expect a call from their Insurance Company (Outsurance). I still did not receive any call from them. I received an email from Louise today which was sent from the Internet Cafe with an attachement Garment Report from Truform Chemicals. I called this company and spoke to Mr. Walker who told me the following: 1. The author (R. Auty) of this report was not available, but requested him to call me back. 2. He said that they do not test garments. 3. They send the garments somewhere where the tests are done. They only sell chemicals 4. He could not answer why the report was typed on their company Letterhead Regards Tsheko ********** 443
