Taking money despite subscription being canceled!
I subscribed to your product then after trialing it and it didn't work I canceled my subscription. Despite canceling, Wondershare still deduced $91.99 from my account! For anyone considering Wondershare products, I STRONGLY advise caution, as trying to get your subscription canceled is a very very difficult process and even when achieved, they still do take your money!

Refusal to refund, software doesn't work and now I have to pay more
I signed up with SkySoft, I was automatically renewed for an annual subscription and I then IMMEDIATELY reachout for a refund and was told this was not possible. I decided now to use that software and guess what? It not longer works and I am being forced to pay more to get the Wondershare Uniconverter !!!!!! I am so unhappy, I am again told I cannot be refunded, not can I use what I was billed for. I am disgusted and I don't have the money to pay more.

Wondershare Video Converter/ Technologies Robs customers of their lifetime licenses
Back in 2015 I bought a lifetime license for an app called Wondershare Video Convertor Ultimate to do my video editing with etc. And it has been a great app. However, since 2022 they refuse to give me updates anymore, and tries to sell me a different version (version 15), since they claim that I have bought a license for version 12. That is not true because my invoice clearly states only the nameof the app (without any version connected to it). So what happened now is a lot of the features of the app stopped working and thus rendering the app useless to me. They are a Hong Kong based company and for me to take this further, is probably impossible. If anyone has an idea on how I can combat this thievery, I would appreciate your input on this, but clearly they are robbing their customers from their hard earned cash, and that makes me very angry.
