Wood worm bad service

Do not use Louis from Wood- worm - we paid Louis in April for a service that he couldn't do. Upon agreement with Louis, he said he would pay back our money because he couldn't finish our project.

It is now 6 months since we have made the payment and have not yet received back our money.

Louis is not responding to our message or calls.

This is not to be nasty or mean.But we have no other option we want to warm people so that they don’t lose their money as well.
