Frans is a good carpenter but he is full of false promises and he takes forever to deliver. His product is not bad quality but his service is terrible. He is eager to quote but does not follow through on time which is the worst thing when you are trying to complete a renovation. Rather pay more and get what you asked for from someone who can actually get the job done.
