Woodenways Herm**** rude and unbecoming customer interaction.

Have just had a ********** experience talking to the owner of Woodenways Herm****. I contacted him to gain clarity on an incident in which my brother, a 73-year-old retired businessman currently residing in Scotland, and recovering from major surgery, and a homeowner in Herm****, was humiliated by Werner at 10.15 on Tuesday, 3 November at the Herm**** branch. My brother was looking at furniture as he has a property in Herm****.. My brother was asked what his business was, told that viewing was only by appointment, and asked not to take any photographs, which he had to means to do. Please check multiple security cameras to verify this., According to Werner, they are used to 'people like that' coming in to browse his showroom and *****ing his ideas, and that my brother was looking under the furniture (not physically possible at this time). No hint of an apology, I was faced with broken English aggression. His response to my understandable anger was that "you is also people like that'
