What an awesome shop to visit in Cape Town, whether you're a crafter or just someone who wants to buy some leather goods. Special shout out to Phumza who is one of their energetic and helpful sales staff. You can pick out unfinished leather belts in your colour and size and they assembly them with your choices of buckle right then and there. Got three high quality belts made for about R 400 total and each of those would have cost more than R 250 in a clothing store. (After your shopping you can pop across the parking lot and have tea at Charlies' Bakery)

Have to say that dealing with Woodheads is refreshing, to say the least. They do give great customer service. They get the basics right. They communicate regularly and if they have a delay in response they apologize and update me immediately. When I phone them, the phone gets answered immediately, politely and the person on the other side speaks clear and professionally. I've worked with Marijke, Veronique, and Natheerah - all of them - well done, and thank you! I have a very positive feeling about our relationship.

Have to say that dealing with Woodheads is refreshing, to say the least. They do give great customer service. They get the basics right. They communicate regularly and if they have a delay in response they apologize and update me immediately. Poor poor service.. i purchased two tools but lost my the slip. Before going in store i called i spoke to a lady who told me to come in store they will see what they can do.. i wentt in store spoke to a coloured lady she was so nice to me she could assist as she was working behind the cash desk. She advised that another lady will assist. Spoke to the second lady she did not even look at the tools they arw still in the original packaging.. she told me they cant help the store has a 7 day return policy which is not even printed on the slip.. she was not willing to give me any other information with regards to my other tools i was purchasing

Thank you woodheads for the fantastic shopp experience!! Your staff.. Wow, so friendly and helpful and well educated on the retail!! Seldom that a consumer feel so welcome, your friendly space is definitely a place I want to return to. The products are of excellent quality and overall the shop as a whole very impressive.

I've been asked to come for an interview by woodheads, I attended the the interview and then I was told to come back the following week, I then went in for the one day that I was asked and when I got there it was a formal meet and greet welcome to the company, then I was told I would start the 4th of march, to do some basic train for week and with this I was told that I could come in one day and then skip the next day, then I would have to call the operations manager "Dianne" to find out when I should come in, and now I have given out out so much travelling money for someone who is unemployed to be thrown about unsure if you really have the job and now there is just no communication coming from woodheads or the operation manager, I want people to know what they do to unemployed people, don't waste your time and money!!!

<p>Recently, I was searching around the internet for a supplier of leather for a headboard that I designed. I emailed a couple of suppliers and was quite disappointed when only a couple of them replied. Woodheads in Cape Town was one of those that replied.</p> <p>Marijke, put me in touch with Alan Cuba. Few times have I experienced such competent client service. Alan's prompt communication made me feel at ease and that my request was dealt with urgently. Sending an order via email did not feel risky at all, because Alan would make sure that he had all the correct information for my order. Even though my order was a minor one, I was assisted professionally.</p> <p>Last week, I received my 24 straps of leather and the items I received were spot-on. Thank you to Alan and his team. You guys deserve the 5-stars of this review.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
