Being one to never want to use public toilets, I was left with no choice but to use the ladies bathrooms at Woodlands Boulevards...I was so pleasantly surprised at how impeccable and inviting the bathrooms there are...very clean with an excellent close-lid flushing system...very impressed at the cleanliness. Well-done and keep it up!

Bad experience at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard, ma was very rude. I exchanged the coat and they forgot to swipe my account. Two days later I go a call that they didn't swipe my account so that means I got the coat for free. I was kind enough to go back to the shop by that time I didn't have money or credit and I was told to leave the jacket. I told the manager I can't leave the jacket because it was out of stock and I can't risk loosing the jacket, it's either they wait for month end so that I can pay my account and buy it as soon as I get the credit. I'm a loyal customer to foschini, 80% of my clothes I buy at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard weekly even the staff knows me very well. But after the bad service that I got from the manager I'm even considering of paying off my account and close it. The manager made me feel like a *****, forgetting that I didn't ***** the jacket. I had a choice of not returning the jacket but I was kind enough to go back and fix the mistake. The manager is very rude, disrespectful and ***********. I don't think I will ever shop at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard..

To All,
I have been a loyal Clicks customer for over 5-7years and I have never complained about the service they offer (still not complaining) or the products rather recruit my family and friends to become loyal customers as well.

Yesterday at Clicks a young lady was unfairly dismissed, I am writing this not because I think it's my place to correct and judge but it's about time young girls, ladies and women get given a chance to do mistakes and grow out of them.

Kagiso (victim) collected money from shoprite money market sent to her by her dad, turns out the R100 was counterfeit money, QUESTION NUMBER 1, HOW COME SHOPRITE DIDN'T NOTICE IT?
She went to Pick n Pay to buy food and that's where the money was spotted (I am not saying Pick n Pay is better than shoprite and we all know which one has the best meat amongst the 2 even if the one that sells better meat has a chicken tray at the value of R19,99 but sold at R32 even after customers complain and can prove it) and she took the money and returned back to Clicks.
When she got to Clicks she exchange the fake R100 note at her till.

Few minutes later the Pick n Pay manager came to Clicks and she sow the manager she went to him as he was talking to her manager and tried explaining herself, without them knowing she made them aware she's exchanged the notes at her till at work (Clicks).
She was corned and told to confess by 3 male managers and 1 elder woman who's a cashier from Pick n Pay that called her a liar and said "they have years in experience dealing with such situations and she should come clean" I honestly didn't know being a retail manager qualifies you to make a ruling and say someone is guilty and is a thief,(wondering who pays them for that!) don't they have children that do mistakes and as parents they don't terrify them but teach them, il make an exception it's not at home that's why no sympathy was shared but as a manager, leader and mentor how do u lack professionalism to a point were you can't even get your basics right i.e communication s****s.

The day before she was at Pick n Pay with a R100 note and bought at the same till she bought the next day when the fake R100 note was spotted (coincidence). She was told to fetch the fake from the till and the one she took from the till because the day before she was at Pick n Pay, they felt it's noble of them to make her pay another R100 in total adds up to R300 because they were unsure if she has paid with a fake note or not the day before. (How about making her pay for all the other days she bought lunch from Pick n Pay since she started working at Clicks). As for the cashier at Pick n Pay she should also be called thief because this could be more than a coincidence that if 3 managers that are now law officers say Kagiso is guilty.
My problem is how they handle the situation even told her to resign, forgetting no one is above the law of this country and now that she has resigned and this country already has a lot of youth unemployed they should be proud of themselves. She was also told before she can go to ccma she should go to the police station.
Is this how Clicks treats young woman who are the future of our country and yet wants to value their customers... "Charity surely begins at home".

On 6 December I did shopping at Woodlands Boulevard. When I wanted to pay the parking ticket the ticket was rejected by the Pay point machine. I went to the security person in the parking area and told him about the problem. He said that it happened a lot and that I owed him R8.00. Something about having the card with your keys etc?? I had to pay as he was adamant that I would not leave without paying.

So he took my money without a receipt or a name. He is definitely NOT going to give it to Woodlands Boulevard.

Due to a truck stuck in the circle at Food lover's market entrance, I took a left turn into a pathetically narrow byway to avoid the obstacle. I couldn't see the curb and my car got damaged on the underside on the left. Firstly, the truck has been stuck in that circle for 5 HOURS!!!! The mall is responsible to remove such an obstacle as quick as possible. Apparently a Jeep (That is not nearly strong enough) tried to pull the truck out of the way. Does it take two hours to get the appropriate vehicle to tow the truck out of the way???!!!! Thanks to this truck another person ruptured hisher petrol tank trying to get past the truck over another curb!!

It would be nice if Woodlands could take responsibility for the damages caused. Even if it is only R500 or maybe a thousand. A truck is not even supposed to enter through that entrance! There is an entrance opposite this one that trucks can take to cause the least amount of disturbances! I will avoid this mall in the future. Atterbury Value Mart and Menlyn has the same or more benefits.
