Disappointed

<p>I had my Birthday at a venue Woodstock Urban Pizzeria Constantia Garsfontein but was so dissapointed. I booked a part of the venue that they rent out for private functions. R1000 for the evening. I did asked if we can can bring our own sound and do our own entertainment and the mangager said it was 100% seeing that their website advertise live entertainment. On arrival and setting up for the evening I was told by one of the brothers who own the place that we are not allowed to play anything that night. Really?? So clearly the brothers have a lot to learn about their bussiness. First you need to communicate with your staff!!!!!!! I was so embarrased cause I had guests that came from Johannesburg and I could not change venue so quickly. I can see why they are struggling with their liquor and entertainment licence.... First they need to go and visit their own website and change some things.</p> <p>I can really recommend people to go and have pizza's there. It's good and they have very good waiters aswell, but manangment and owners need to communicate.  </p> <p>So if you want to book a private function I'll recommend to just book tables inside cause there is no difference.....</p>
