Disgusting Service.

Looking at other reviews, this healthcare sheme doesn't deserve a even a 1. Till today as I'm reviewing I still haven't received a simple pre-authorization for a medical procedure. Its been 6 days and I phone for feedback Im told the matter will be handled by their manager Julia. What is sad is it is associated with WOOLWORTHS because as an employee I'm forced to take this medical aid scheme. Your service is very poor. Im so disgusted.
