Placed an order with WooTech on the 1st December 2025. Received the order on the 5th December 2025, and one of the items was damaged (see attached photos). I emailed WooTech the same day, reporting the damaged item, and received an automated response from them promising a reply in 2-3 days. I received no feedback. I reported the issue using their support form on their website on Monday 8th December 2025. I again received no feed back. I phoned them multiple times on Wednesday 10 December 2025, and was promised multiple times that someone would get back to me immediately, and someone would respond to my email. AGAIN, no feedback.
They do have the audacity to send an unrelated email asking me to rate their service and the damaged product.
They have been very unhelpful, and difficult to work with.
