Wooza is a pathetic domain register and website building site with no customer service!!!!!

absolutely shocking service. I paid upfront for my domain and after a month and numerous emails back and forth still could not log in or build my website. they said they would transfer my existing website to a new domain but all i got was a contact page, no products, information etc. i am absolutely disgusted in their service and lack or customer correspondence accept for accounts and suspension warning. would not recommend this company to anyone looking at building their own domain registered domain. I have requested a refund for the service i have not received and am being completely ignored accept for being told my "account will be suspended. but there is no account to suspend. hoping they return my wasted money on a pathetic waste of money and time after years of good service.
