WOOZA.CO.ZA STEALS MONEY AND DOESN'T OFFER THE APPARENT SERVICE THEY CLAIM

Yet again Wooza.co.za has proven unreliable, useless and lacking i all services. they don't know how to deal with clients especially when the client is sending emails everyday begging for assistance. their replies come across as automated robots, without the courtesy to even phone and assist in setting up the PAID FOR SERVICE UP FRONT. I will never ever recommend wooza.co.za to anyone to build and register a domain for websites. i paid for my website which they promptly lost all my previous work on from my domain and after telling me they would retrieve it and set it up all i got was a blank "contact page". ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND MANNERISMS FROM THEIR SO CALLED CONSULTANTS!!!! when i requested a refund they refused saying my website was functional - HOW CAN A SINGLE CONTACT ME PAGE BE CONSIDERED A FUNCTIONING WEBSITE FOR A NATIONAL BUSINESS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! PATHETIC, USELESS AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. EVEN IF IT WAS FOR FREE I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR OF THEM. MUCH BETTER TO SET YOUR MONEY ON FIRE OR FLUSH IT BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE BETTER "SERVICE" THAN WHAT THEY CLAIM TO OFFER
