<p>Horrible returns policy, refuses to refund. This was the worst customer service company company after MTN that I ever dealt with. These guys were complete clowns. Wayne, Greg, Danielle, Olivia, full of threats and no delivery. Looks like they closed down? Good riddens for all the poor suckers that supported them and good luck with the warranties.. Hope they didnt open something under a different name and up to the same tricks..</p>

i ordered some short levers from them few months ago with the bike there, the ended up ordering incompatible levers, i took it in and the guy there told me he is going to keep it there and get me the correct right side as only the left fit, its been 2 months now, there mails jump back, there phones are of and there website is down saying 1 October (its 1 December now btw) i would like to get at least some of my money back so that i can get it somewhere else, please assist me in this matter.

I bought Alpine Drystar gloves (R750) from WOA Centurion in March 2015. These gloves didn't even last till winter (2 Months lifetime was it) . When I returned it (June 2015), I was told that I'd have to pay a further R450, to get them replaced. Hence I have not collected them from the store since. Complete waste of money, and That R450 is probably cost price, meaning these oaks mark up their items by roughly 40%. Be warned motorcyclists. WOA will burn a hole through your pockets and expect you to invest more for the same shit.

I bought Alpine Drystar gloves (R750) from WOA Centurion in March 2015. These gloves didn't even last till winter (2 Months lifetime was it) . On 27 August 2015 I ordered a new visor for my arai helmet from World of Accessories in Randburg and I paid for it in full. I was told that my order will take no longer than a week.<br> <br> It has now been more than a month without any feedback at all or anything to show for my money.<br> <br> Today when I tried to contact them the phones just remain engaged and my emails come back undelivered. To my shock I am to find out that they closed down.<br> <br> This is not how one goes about doing business and doing in your clients.

I bought a pair of pants (Nova) online from World Of Accessories. They called me and stated that they do not have my size available, but will send me an alternative. I was not happy with this, but did accept this as it was still a good deal. <br> <br> I received the pants and it was a size too small. I then spoke to Grant en couriered it back to the Randburg office and sent an email. This was done on 17 August 2015. <br> <br> I still have not received any feedback, after speaking to Grant on the phone where he confirmed he did receive my package and was waiting for the supplier. (around 25 August)<br> <br> No I find out that they have closed from various sources, and no one is answering the phones at head office.<br> <br> Where can I get hold of someone to pay back my money or send me the item I purchased and paid for. I bought a Shark S900C helmet about a year ago, the helmet has a 5 year waranty, so I recon it must be good...I was wrong. After a year the inner padding started cracking. I decided to return it to World of Accessories as the waranty is 5 years. Just over a week after handing it in I heard nothing so called them, spoke to Wellington who informed me it was repaired I must come fetch. A day later I drove there, only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to my helmet, nothing was repaired. Then after discussion I found that the helmet had never even been given to the importers! Then this Wellington tells me the damage is due to wear and tear.... how can a cracking inner lining be wear and tear. <br> So, please know....choose your helmet supplier well, don't bother with World of accessories (seemingly now being called \Riders"). I cant believe that this seeming reputable company will drag the good name of Shark through the mud like this"""

I collected my New Dainese Leather Suit on Friday last week, and it looks absolutely fabulous. I cant wait for the gloves and boots to arrive.<br> A huge Thank you to you all.
