Ainge claims that Visage approached him with a business deal involving two Komatsu 630E Haul Trucks, supposedly acquired at an auction from Sishen Mine. Visage assured Ainge that funding the trucks’ purchase would yield triple returns. Trusting the proposal, Ainge paid for the trucks, arranged their transport to a nearby farm, and dismantled them for resale. However, after the trucks were sold, Visage and his company allegedly ignored Ainge and refused to settle payments despite invoices, photos, and legal action. Ainge warns that Worldwide Rail & Mining Solutions and Jason Visage operate *****ulently and advises others to avoid doing business with them.
