These guys are crooks. I rented a vw minibus from them in early January. After returning the vehicle, they said it would take 14 working days to get my deposit back. It's 4 months later and I still haven't received my money. I emailed them and was told they would forward it to their finance department. No further response and they just ignore my emails since. Do not use them. Kempton park based.

I hired a car on the 9th of December 2021, but I took the car on the 10th and returned it as agreed on the 13th of December 2021. I was checked by the same guy that checked it before I took it. The car was inn good order, he printed the document reflecting my R4 000 refund. He reminded me that refunds take 14 days, he told me that I will get it on 31st Dec 2021. on the 2nd of Jan 2022 I sent SMS to 084 610 0031, On the 3rd I sent an email to durban@wozanicarretal.co.za. They never responded. On the 4th I went to the office, I reminded him about my refund. He said he made a mistake it will e paid o the 6th because they were not working from 25th Dec to 3rd of Jan 2022. that made no sense to me, I asked why they dont respond to my messages. He told me the he could not get hold of the business owner. Realizing that there is something wrong, I wrote a letter of demand and gave it to the receptionist. Since, I left that letter on the 4th of Jan, I did not receive any response. in the following week, I contacted my lawyers, They called and sent email in mid January. Now it is almost February, Im not getting my refund and they are not even saying a word. Now, I dont know what else to do.

Star rating is actually minus five stars (-🌟) If you're looking to hire a car, do a favor for yourself, don't think of hiring from Wozani Car rental!!! You'll get a mechanically faulty vehicle, a hefty contract fee and a fight for your deposit after 14 days upon returning their car. I ended up serving them with a letter of demand of which they didn't bother to pay up until I had to go to a Sheriff (paid R500), only then that they paid back my deposit.

Im extremley ****ed of with WOZANI CAR rental company i Rented a car from them on the 17/09/21 and returned their car on the 20/09/21 as agreed with no new defects from the defects the car had no tickets whats so ever so im really ****ed off with them stalling with my money afyer 18days whichhas passed without me recieving my money, My money(Deposit) was supposed to be returned to me on the 8th of october 2021 now the manager is playing hide and seek with my hard earned money judging from Online reviews its a norm for them to run away with clients money he then claims its a process to inspect the vehicle then i ask myself WHAT IS THIS 14DAYS WAITING PERIOD for if all investigations and inspections are not done within this 14days? which i think is extremly unprofessional and their cars are just not roadworthy I PERSONALLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY Otherwise you will have a big headache dealing with their useless staff and manager who claims to never be around the office like what kind of a manager are you who is never present at the work place? and that fair skin looking girl at reception who is so convincing with their petty cash story qshe jus ****es me off cause money was suppose to be EFT'd into my account now i have to keep sending my documents to them for them to keep quiet? this rental is a **** whole i wont lie PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM And today i went to their branch that useless guy tells me he has made the deposit of my money which is an amount of R2999.83 i really would appreciate it if they could come to their senses and bring back my money so i can leave them and their unprofessionalism in peace i regret the day i enterd that place cause what ****es me of is that the Manager by the name of Mandla is talking to me as a client while the same car i hired is in Reverse he does'nt even wanna step step out so he can attend to a client (Me) i dispise that company with passion Im taking matters up with my lawyers cause i personally feel like they are too used to ripping people off I WANT MY MONEY i dont want to be friends with them whats so ever (R2999.83) at which they have a reputation of finding problems with their cars and issues relating you not getting paid your money wouldnt recommend those people to anyone

These people are so unprofessional, ombudsmen need to look into this business. Most terrible and unprofessional experience I've ever had. I hired a small vehicle that cost R290 per day but they did not have any available so they offered and gave me me a Renault Sandero for the price of R290. The vehicle I hired was jerking and stalling with the engine light turning on and off, the hooter wasn't working. When I called them they said I should carry on with my journey or return the vehicle, but I was already 150 KMs away from Durban. I needed to extend by 1 day which was a Friday and they told me that it has to be the whole weekend (3days) because they were closed on weekend, which I did. After making payment for the extension they stated that I would have to pay the price of the Sandero and told them that I couldn't since it was not my fault that they did not have the advertised vehicle. When I returned the vehicle I received an invoice that stated how much deposit would be returned to me, deducting the charge 22 km that I had used above the free ones. They fail to return deposit in time and I had to fight. When the they did return it, it was about R550.00 short. They said they I had been charged the price of the Sandero for the extension which was not fair at all because if they had not made the offer, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I took my car in for service and break pads change on the 15th August in Kempton Park warehouse, same day when I fetched my car I noticed there was air coming out of the engine when the mechanic was excellerating, I asked him is my car doing that coz that never happened before he said it’s normal for ford to do that. Took the car home same day and when I got home, few minutes later I noticed there’s a water leak on the pavement, I took the car back to workshop and as I was driving and changing gears the car kept jerking. When I got there I told them to check it out and I was told that they are unable to remove one of the spark plugs as it is too tight and can’t be remove and they dnt want to break it as it will damage engine. They checked why the car was leaking and was told the clamp was loose and need to be replaced, and they did that. Till to date my car is giving me problems and keeps jerking and misfiring. Today 28 Aug, my car is overheating and not driving like before. I am so frustrated with Wozani Rosebank Auto as they damaged my car, it was fine before I took my car to them. They don’t know what they are doing and I regret taking my car to there. Now I have to spent more money fix my car.
