They do not appreciate their patrons. They have cost me money so many times. Mitigating risk is their speciality. They freeze markets in-running and prevent cash outs deliberately. They never provide a coherent explanation, it's always a robotic answer and excuse.
I have lost more money than I can imagine, they refuse to compensate with vouchers even if it means losing a loyal patron.
Generally speaking, they are not grateful for patrons who essentially fund their website.
Their staff need more training and they have no business sense whatsoever.
They have no clue or idea on how to provide customer service and retain clientele.
Absolutely pathetic and appalling betting experience, should fire all current personnel and start over. It's a broken system.
They need to do business 101vand learn that certain gestures will keep clients happy t and content.
This bunch do not have a clue.
