WORST COMPANY EVER!
This is the worst of them all, I've never been this angry. I called these people to find out about my monies, I waited for 20 minutes just to be transferred to a machine that says I should leave a message! The assistant answered the phone while still laughing with the friend at the background! They are not professional... I don't know why our monies are given to these people!

On 17 September, I contacted your office to follow up on my pension funds. I was informed that the payout would be processed in October, yet no one mentioned that a required document was missing from my side. It was only on 3 October, after I contacted your office again, that I was informed about the missing document. Had I not followed up myself, I would not have been made aware of this issue.
The communication and accessibility of your service have been extremely poor. On 17 September, I waited nearly one hour before being assisted by a consultant. On 3 October, I waited for 1 hour and 23 minutes, only to be disconnected once my call was about to be answered. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
It seems that your team only responds promptly once a formal complaint is issued, which should not be the case. Clients should not have to file complaints in order to receive updates or basic communication regarding their pension payouts.
It has now been over 8 weeks since I was first told my payout would be processed, yet I still have no confirmation of when I will receive my funds. This ongoing delay is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress for clients who have entrusted their hard-earned retirement savings to your fund.
I therefore request the following:
1. A clear and specific date by which my pension payout will be completed.
2. A written explanation for the delay and lack of communication regarding the missing document.
3. Assurance that your communication processes and client engagement systems will be reviewed and improved to prevent similar experiences for other clients.
I hope that this matter will now receive the urgency and professionalism it deserves. Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a written response detailing the next steps and the expected date of my payout.
