Cybermetals Intentional Misrepresentation

Purchased in 2022-2023 over 30 Ounces of Cybermetals Silver Bullion with an agreement of a "buy back"at the current spot price. I decided to sell back their silver as agreed in order to fund the purchase of 1kg silver from another supplier. My emails were ignored, my number was blocked by their sales person who I had dealt with & they refuse to honour their agreement. looking at their website, they no longer Mint their own rounds or bars in favour of internationally minted silver bullion.
