Misleading questionnaire on www.hospitalplans.co.za

I found the website misleading. I expected to receive general information on hospital plans by various service providers. Instead, I received a call from Optivest who insisted in me providing detailed medical information for them to prepare a quote. I explained that I needed general information so that I could decide who to contact for more information and a quote (inquiry was on behalf of an elderly family member and I had no authority to divulge their medical details, since I just intended to do groundwork and obtain general information on hospital plans). Johan at hospitalplans.co.za insisted that the website mentioned that Optivest is their service provider - information which I could not find on the first page at the questionnaire - where I would expect such details to be. If I had known only one service provider will quote on their hospital plans, I would not have submitted the query. I requested Johann to remove my details from hospitalplans.co.za and all their affiliates; which he agreed to do.
