Leaking pools @ www Pools

Pool leaking after two years, and eventually being told that warranty expired. After initial failed attempt to fix leaking pool and further 18 months of empty back and forth promises that they will get pool fixed, www pools turns around and refuses to fix pool claiming that warranty expired and sends me contact of pool repair guy for my cost. Further being ridiculed for insisting that www Pools need to fix pool, with owner drawing nonsensical comparison with customer expecting vehicle manufacturer to change tyres after years of service at manufacturers cost and threatens to sue customer should they voice complaint on public / consumer forum
