Contacted customer support regarding an item ordered in October 2024,the item went past the extended delivery date without updating any info on the tracking except for order recieved and shipped for delivery,a refund was made in the 18th of December 2024,i have not recieved a cent of that money as of yet,i contacted the wish customer support and queried the refund,i sent bank statements dating from the 18th of december as proof that i have not recieved the refund,where a reply came to me that i have to speak to my credit provider(bank) because i removed the refund from the bank statement, After I explained to them that the statement is directly from the bank the customer support did acknowledge that there is a restriction from my bank in regards to paypal payments that has to be made to my account (there is no international payments pending on my account showing at the bank)then i was offered wish cash as a refund and the ticket was closed,still no refund recieved and after contacting support again i was told that the refund was made to my account and they cannot do a refund again,I have still not recieved my money and it is going for month number 4...

I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from Wish. After 5 years now I'm still waiting on my order from them. Correspondence with them sucks as one can only do so via their website which is hopeless.

I;ve ordered my hair products online with Wish as i've done the past few years, but have not received my parcel, which was due latest 7Januarary 2025. The S.A post office didn't know where my parcel was. I then contacted Wish to tell them I haven't received my parcel for a refund, but have not been able to after countless attempts. The site asks: Have you received your parcel? Click yes or no, it then It says it can't process my request, I should try again later! This has been three days now of same message coming up, no other way of contacting them either. I'm at my wits end!!! Please help! Mercia Groenewald

Delivery can be slow as it is done through the South African Post Office, but I have always received my items and have paid very little tax (always around R25 per order). I usually receive a message from SAPO around three weeks after buying that my items are ready for collection at my nearest post office - the closest post office to my home address. I have had no issues collecting my items. There have been a few times when I was unsatisfied with the item, and they refunded me very easily with no problems. Their prices are great too.

These people are pathetic. I first confirmed delivery address because we don't have a post office anymore. They informed me the delivery address is the same one on my order. Oh well it was delivered to a post office 30kms away which I can't get to. Attempts to get answers is fruitless. The so called client agents are either stupid or can't read English. So frustrating even though the order has been paid for.

Wish never delivered the item for a veteran who passed away three months later. They keep saying that sometimes it takes two weeks longer. The family wanted a refund and contacted Wish, requesting an account for the refund. They opened the block so Wish could deposit the money. However, instead of depositing $180.00, they withdrew $180.00 but won't give the money back to the veteran's family. The family's debit card was also hacked. Furthermore, customer support blocked them. I tried to help them and continued to reach out to customer support, providing them with all the relevant information. Despite never having bought or ordered anything, I created an account to communicate with customer support. Having conversed online, I returned the next day. This is all recorded on my new account that I had opened, and the message was, please see the picture. User's recommendation: Should be shut down
