XECUTRONIX is a ******* LG repair Centre. When you call them the staff is unfriendly and have dropped calls on me several times. I sent an email to request for an update and they did not respond to any of my emails. After the final attempt to call, the lady informed me that since it is a warranty repair, they will only call me when the screen is ready and cannot give me any other updates.

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered a door rubber for a client's washing machine in august and paid in full. The machine is a very recent model so i was told parts would be available in 3 weeks and they would call me to collect. Instead of them calling i was the one to call until i was told it has arrived. I went in to collect only to be told it wasnt my order but someone else's mistaken for mine hence they said i should come collect. At this time i asked my client if they would wait more or cancel the order thats when the LG team called her for assuarance little did i know it was a start of a very bad situation for me. I waited for another 2 weeks thats when i was told its discontinued so i requested a refund which should take 7 days to be processed but still up to today they havent processed my refund and now my client is reporting me for ***** while these guys continue to operate and ***** people's hard earned money. How can they accept money for a discontinued product? Why take so long to do a refund like i am the one at fault. When i call each time its a new lie after another. How do i deal with this?

I contacted Xecutronix (via phone) on the 5th of August to enquire about the price of replacement remotes for my LG TV. I spoke to Mpumelelo Mashigo, who emailed me a quote for two remotes, amounting to R1066,35 on the same day. On the 19th of August, I paid for the remotes. However, the payment was duplicated due to an error on my banking app. The bank said they could not reverse the payment because it was immediate, and that I'd have to contact the company I paid to reverse the payment. I notified Mpumi about the mistake, and he rep**** on the 20th of August, saying he would order the remotes and notify his Accounts Department about the error. I haven't heard from Mpumelelo Mashigo since the 20th. I emailed Mpumi again on the 28th of August, but he hasn't rep**** to my mail. It's been over a month since this happened and I am unhappy with this situation, especially with the lack of urgency from Mpumelelo. Someone at Xecutronix gave me the contact details of their boss, Clinton Jansen Van Rensburg. I have called and emailed him, and he is yet to reply. I also contacted LG directly to notify them about my situation, and they have shown the same urgency as Xecutronix have. I'm frustrated and no longer know what to do. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING LG PRODUCTS... AFTERSALE SERVICE SUCKS !!!!

XecuTroniX, Unit 4, Big Sky Factories, 19 Drakensburg drive, Longmeadow West, Longmeadow, Johannesburg, South Africa Absolutely shocking! Only LG service over a large area for Pretoria and Johannesburg. Only open Monday to Friday, tough for working people, no pick up and delivery service. No proper parking. No room in reception area to talk to them, you are constantly shunted left, right and centre, while you try to explain your request. Drove 1.5 hours to take them a R3000 set of earphones (LG) where glue has clearly come loose on one and the other is starting to peel. Under guarantee. Took a brief look and said we clearly have tried to open them and take something out of it, we must pay if we want it repaired. Called for the Manager, he said the same. We asked for a quote to fix it, they said that we must be willing to pay a "Quote Rejection Fee" if we do not accept the quote! What??!! So they can quote anything and still make money? LG! You can do better than that. Going to stay away from LG products now, like a plague. We drove home the 1.5 hours, having achieved nothing, but used up unneccesary time and petrol! Shocking!!!! Finding it hard to find positive reviews about their Service company, XecuTroniX!

I bought a top of the range LG Microwave 56l Neochef end of 2019. It has been to Xecutronics 5 times for the Magnetron. The last 5 months the "NEW" Magnetron broke 3 times. (Nov 2022 - March 2023). Now my question is, why does LG allow this. Are they not supposed to investigate if the parts used, is in actual fact new parts. I have never heard of a Magnetron braking 3 times in 5 months. LG, I will also post on your site, but this needs to be investigated. I'm waiting for the LG agent to call me for a solution.

I took my old LG in for a battery. I told the service department that the battery needs to be replaced. So I got the quote went downstairs to pay for the battery. Then I was informed about an assessment fee. But I told them the battery needs to be replaced. Then I get a quote for black tape and labour but I bought a new battery at the shop. Now Josephine instant that she told me about labour and black tape cost. Which she never did. So at the end of the day you are being charged for something you said is wrong with your phone.
