The Courier Guy, an asset for our business!
we have been using The Courier Guy for the last 4 years, they are a great asset to us and our business and we can highly recommend them! Cost effective and very rarely an issue, any issue where resolved on time.

we have been using The Courier Guy for the last 4 years, they are a great asset to us and our business and we can highly recommend them! Cost effective and very rarely an issue, any issue where resolved on time.

CARELESS AND COMPLETE DISREGARD TO YOUR PACKAGES
I used their service for a collection and delivery of a package from JHB to Cape Town after a recommendation from the supplier. To protect myself i opted for insurance on the package. After a few emails back and forth XOC refused to insure the package due to the unit not being boxed. As the unit was a considerable size it could not be boxed. Never the less i went ahead with the delivery as the supplier had informed me that they had shipped a few units for them without any issues. I received my package completely damaged and dragged by the courier companies staff as it was to heavy for a single person to carry. The bag that the package was in was ripped to shreds with holes and cuts everywhere. After advising the courier company on the issue they requested pictures and that was the last i heard from them. WARNING TO EVERYONE!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!

XOC COURIERS
Ordered a parcel to be picked up from Bloemfontein to Discovery in Roodepoort Thu, Dec 9, 10:39 AM for over night delivery(XOC1605485),as of now Dec10,15:10 PM,the parcel has not even being collected with XOC making one falls promise/excuse after another .Said parcel was supposed to have been delivered at my address overnight by end of business today December 10.

Same day pick-up and a great price for couriering from Cape Town to Gauteng! Delivered the exact day that they promised and my parcel is in perfect condition! Thank you so much, grateful for your service.

XoC is excellent!
What an excellent experience with Xpress Online Couriers (powered by The Courier Guy)! I booked (easily) online; a friendly courier arrived 2hrs later for collection within requested time slot; my delivery was received on the other side 100% in order, and fast. On top of this all, the price is excellent value. Thank you XoC!

XOC Jhb highly recommended.
Booked delivery through xoc.co.za after 13:00. They remained in communication via email right through the process and forwarded the waybill so you can make sure all details are correct. and the tracking number Collected it the same day and delivered the next day. Only courier that I can recommended after Fastway's false banking details and rudeness, Ram's website that has errors and Courierit that lost our previous package.

Then website froze - so a payment went through but then nothing... Transaction disappeared. Try contact support, can only do so by logging a ticket. Did so, got an acknowledgment email and then nothing. I will now have to use another courier company and pay again. Trying to reverse the payment to XOC
