Xpanda burglars installation

I ordered steel sliding burglar gate from xpanda pro Pretoria in July 2024. Burglar of inferior quality, different from order made was installed instead. I called the sales man and reported the matter. He came and promised to get the burglar door replaced. To date after several whatsapp communication with him the burglar door is not replaced yet the monthly installment continues to be deducted for the incorrect burglar that is also broken, missing some *****s and of inferior quality. I don't know what to do about it anymore. The first engagement with them where they were to install window burglars they brought incorrect window size. I had to wait longer to get them to remake and install a correct window burglar. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Security is important to all. Ordering a security gate is not luxury but a necessity. Company like xpanda continues to undermine people's safety yet enjoying the money as they require that payment be made prior instalation
