My 3rd time bad experience with this company. Late statements. Did not credit my account with medical fund payment but issued a full total of original bill. Made me wonder, if I did not check it, what happened with the overpayment ? Service was rendered in September 2024...1st statement in January 2025.

I have been in regular communication with Lindsay at expedient re a payment that my Medical Aid made to my dentist for an account which I had already paid in full. This therefore resulted in an overpayment which I have been trying to recover. Unfortunately I have been shoved from pillar to post by Xpedient, and I have been **** to by their staff. I have now been told by my dentist that the overpayment will only be returned to me at the end of December. This is totally unacceptable as the medical aid paid the overpayment amount on the 21st. November. It should therefore have been returned by the end of November at the latest. If I could give Expedient a score of zero I would.

They handle medical claims for Drs. Send out bills, but dont bother to provide a contact name or direct lines. Email them, no reply. Call them, pushed from one person to the next, left on hold, told you will be called back, and still no contact. They submitted claims to the medical aid for prosthetics which were NEVER authorised by the surgeon. The medical aid has rejected the claim, as they should as this is a *****ULENT claim. The Dr is ADRIAN SINGH MEDICAL ORTHOTIST - obviously cannot be bothered either since they happy to use this company. Look at the reviews and the nonsense response they post below - they are not even saying they are prepared to fix anyones issues.

This company handles medical accounts for my Dr. The medical insurance authorized the hospital claim and at the time of submitting the claim, Xpedient sent the invoice to the wrong email address and I was not involved, secondly, they failed to do a follow-up within 4 months and the invoice went stale. Six months later they sent me an invoice dated October for the service that was done in March and requested that I follow up payment with the medical insurance. When I did follow up, I was told the claim never reached them and unfortunately, the claim cannot be approved since is over 4 months. I went back to Xpedient to collect evidence of emails that show that they submitted the claim within 4 months. To my surprise when they sent me the email I realized the email used was incorrect. I told them the email was incorrect but I requested them to indicate the source of the email used since that is where the problem lies. To date they have not answered me, they just indicated that they will contact the insurance and get back to me. I waited until I sent an email this year to do a follow-up on the payment of the invoice. They took long to respond and today they sent me an email that says the insurance says is my responsibility to send the claim within 4 months. I mean with the other Drs which did not subscribe to companies that manage their account and claims with medical aid and insurance, I facilitated the claim and they were all paid but this particular one is different as they handled the account and the claim. They should have came back to me within 4 months so that I could intervene and surely I would have picked up the incorrect address and facilitated the claim. I really think the Doctor was better off without this service provider as other Dr who assisted during the operation were paid and this is because they submitted the claim to me and I facilitated the claim as they did not subscribe to this kind of service from Xpedient. This is poor service and misleading. It is not helping but creating problems and stressful situations for patients and Drs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

After my medical aid has paid more than R100k to Dr Irfaan Hasrod they report me to the debt collectors to collect R200 while I even paid R1000 consultation in cash. My son can't see after the operation while he was seeing before and I never complained. How greed can someone be just because of R200 after getting more than R100k. It's a disgrace shame.

I had a procedure done in February. A week later I requested for the invoice to claim from gap cover. I was told it's not ready. 3 months later o called again and then was I provided with an invoice. I contacted the medical aid and was informed the service provider needs to resubmit their claim as some codes were incorrect. I contacted yes the service provider on 22 June to relay the message. Then did a few follow up calls. Eventually when donnell resubmitted the claim, she sent it to the incorrect medical aid..... twice. Caled medical aid they stated no claim received... called donnell again. Eventually asked to speak to her team leader who took my email address ans ph no and stated he will intervene. Apparently he has tried to call me but no mail was left, no email received from him. All the communication was initiated by me. I did explain it is time sensitive as I only have 6 months to claim from gap cover. In my opinion due to their incompetence they should sort out the bill with the doctor as it literally seems as if I am begging to pay them but they are refusing to do what needs to be done to get paid. I don't see why I should be held across if the gap cover reject the claim due to the absolutely incompetence and poor attitude from your staff. This is literally their job... what else are they so preoccupied doing that they can not do their job??

Aqeelah Harris & Kayle van Oordt - Xpedient Dr. Lerato Khoele 7 Months without a message of an account which is outstanding due to a Medical Aid short payment. 7 Months later I receive an SMS instituting legal action and the account due keeps increasing No details updated on your records and no due diligence. Just a " we tried to call - a number which did not exist" - but somehow you found the correct number because I received an SMS? How long would you have gone before I would have received a letter of demand, summons perhaps? Of what about a notice to appear or warrant of arrest. Until you wrote R10 000 fees? Your efforts and assistance in this regard was absolutely non-existent. Dr. Khoele, you are a fantastic doctor, I can never shame you for that, BUT this was humiliating to say the least. Your inability to make sure your service provider is ethical and does their due diligence is appalling. I will no longer recommend you, every single person asking me for advise or recommendations will no longer hear your name. To this date, I have received no apology, no confession, no communication from your offices. This might seem insignificant to you, but I hope you realise that this meant something to me. To the person who reads this.... Do you really want to work with someone that has received a bad review on Hello Peter?

In Nov.2021 i wenf for toe surgery. I was never informed that my medical aid would not 98%cover the bill. They were not incontract and I was not informed. Never the less, Dec.2021 i received a statement account of R12369.58 (Ref: JCR5512) from Xpedient value driven solutions. I was in shock as i was under the impression that the medical aid (GEMS) will cover my operation. I informed them that im unable to settle this bill within 4 months as per their settlement period. THEY gave me the option on 22/02/2022 via email of a longer payment period and i quote "..... whether I should request a longer payment period". On 23/02/22 I replied that i will need 6 months to settle account since they give me the option. On 9/3/2022. I got an email where the request their 1st payment and that my account was overdue and will be handed over for debt collection!. THEY WERE WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND SUDDENLY IM BEING HANDED OVER! They did not even bother replying to my email requesting longer period payment since THEY SUGGESTED IT! How can they offer to accomodate me then throw me to the wolves WITHOUT even informing me that my request was denied. I had to sell something valuable in order to settle this account ..which i will do tomorrow. I informed them that i will settle the full account on 15/3/22 but still no reply. They dont even have the decency to say thank you. Thank you Xpedient for accommodating me...NOT!
