I do warn everybody that are doing business with XPINVESTMENT to NOT TO INVEST any funds into this **** site - I got a cold call from Paul Spencer to invest $250 into this Company to do some trading. They sounded very nice...maybe like all ****mers does. I was then appointed to a woman by the name of Elizabeth Cooper that assisted initially and as time went on, she pressurised me to put more monies into the account as the $250 is not going to cater what and even promoted that I withdraw my pension funds and place it into XPINVESTMENT to make more money. I told her that I don't have access to further funds and cannot withdraw the pension fund due to legislation. I wanted to do the automated trading as that is what I initially signed up for as I don't have the time to sit in front of a computer. I then decided to withdraw the funds and placed that into my wallet and initiated the payback to my Bank account and requested the FINANCE department (Paul Spencer) to approve the return of the money and they referred me back to Elizabeth Cooper which I then told that i am done talking and want my funds back and she need to authorise this. She then referred me to another guy and most probably another ****mer by the name of Andrew Gill as he explained to me that he is not putting pressure on me to invest more funds and yet he also cohersed me to get more funds into the account and stated that I don't have access to any more funds and he also said I should withdraw my pension and invest it into their Company. This last Monday I sent him a message in the evening and told him that he must authorise the return of my funds and he read the message and this morning I sent him another message to provide me with a status on the funds. Once again, he read the message and zero reply. I did some research on all these individuals on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram to find any reference of their photos on their WA profiles whether they are real persons and could not find a single photo confirming their identities. These guys have zero intension to return any funds as they a definitely ****mers and their Company is not even registered in the UK as they adopted the name of another registered Company by the name XPINVESTMENTS with the S at the end. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

My trader is not allowing me to withdraw any profit from my account at XPinvestment. According to the company, it is a long-term investment and money cannot be withdrawn. Talking about a “hot and cold” wallet. None of this was explained to me before the time, now there is always some explanation, an excuse not to withdraw any of my profits. Seems like XPinvestment's main job responsibility is to get more money on their platform, keep the money on the platform, and not allow anyone to withdraw (not even $10). Their finance department denies withdrawals. How can I trade with a company like this? It feels like I'm legally being ****med by XPinvestment. I have read about "legal ****s" like this on the internet, it is cunning and very cleverly planned. I'm just so glad I did not pay the $35,000 to a trader who wanted to invest in NVIDIA. That would have been a big loss because I would not have been able to get my money back with more excuses, explanations, agreements and “can I call you” approaches. I have come to the realisation that I have to "write off" the money that was paid to XPinvetments and not be naive that I will ever get it back. It is a big life lesson. I created an official complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman to investigate. They will investigate this matter.

XPinvestment is very quick to take your money and put it on their platform. If you want to withdraw your funds, they have all kinds of stories about the advisor that needs to approve and the advisor says the finance department needs to approve. You just do not get your money back. If anyone is thinking about doing forex. trading or any other trading, please be aware of XPinvestment. You will enter your money, and make trades and they will not allow you to get your money back. To me this is theft. I deposited $1500 and wanted to take out $1100. It is one story after the other. Adam Rodriguez (the advisor) even had a story today that I need to deposit another $1200 in order for the other money to be released. It is starting to look like a **** actually.
