I want to withdraw money. No response. No one ever answer a phone or an email. They were so quick to take my money. Offices in Cyprus, United Kingdom and Australia that does not exist. South Africa phone no. 021 9800579 is in the Pretoria#Brits area.

I have invested This year in February 2024 for auto trading. The investment is growing but not for me to withdraw. The support team is not helping at all if you enquire or processing withdrawal issues. The trading platform checking the investment is a user-friendly system but when coming to withdrawals, it is a nightmare that holds your throat, suffocate you. I guess they are waiting for us to be dead to withdraw our funds themselves. All their staff members, i.e. adam.r@xtrader365.com, bruce.n@xtrader365.com, jeff.m@xtrader365.com and support@xtrader365.com are not responding at all when send emails, they reject.

This ****s keeps growing with no ending in sight , We hope this stops and the authorities get more grip on things, I have been ****med severally but I was able to get my funds back after weeks of consultations from SKYLINERECOVERYCO they are the best in the business .

My partner have invested in Xtrader365 since the end of Dec 2023 with a small min amount and the trading account improved until she was advised to top up the account and make serious money; however, that was not an easy challenge to accept as it was the last cent on disposal and we were willing to risk with, hoping to reinvest the returns. The account was put on auto trading since we could not be able to top it up and it was still doing well on this auto mode; my partner wishes to withdraw at least 50% of the returns but training session with trading account manager never happened and we have been trying to withdraw using the Xtrader365 online platform but never received any feedback, even though confirmation shows successful. Anyone who can link us with Xtrader365 managers as we do not get any feedback about withdrawal request and no direction from the support team and account manager, using their email addresses - needing help with withdrawing - there seems to be a problem with customer service or support team?

I believed that giving up would have been the wisest course of action for me because I would not have received my hard-earned money back and felt as though there was no hope left for me after being destroyed by this terrible investment firm:The fact that W O R C O N S U L [T ]A N C [Y] was able to successfully retrieve my hard-earned money—which I had assumed would be gone in a matter of days—makes me realise that they deserve praise!

As a member of the VIP Club, I explored various trading instruments, including indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, diversifying my portfolio for even greater potential gains. But i am hoping that they add a PayPal payment option too.
