Xtra smile couriers are the worst.
Absolutely shocking service. Without exaggeration I phone approximately 40 to 50 times to get someone to answer the phone. Eventually when they answered I requested a date of delivery which was either late 4th of December but definately the 5th. By 14h00 the parcel had not arrived. I tried phoning again.bit took about 10 calls to get anyone to answer and I again promised that it would be delivered that afternoon. At 16h20 the parcel had not arrived. I phone over 20 times but they would not answer.

Xtrasmile Couriers - Terrible Courier Company
My very first dealing with this courier company. Waited for a parcel to be delivered. Eventually saw my parcel was delivered, but not to me, but to an address 150km away in another city. Even though the correct address was on the waybill. *********** and very unprofessional. Still waiting for the agent to call me back after promising to contact me back. Will never ever use this courier company for business or personal use!

Xtrasmile Couriers - Terrible Courier Company

Fed up with Xtrasmile courier service!! Fed up and frustrated!!
Would not recommend this company to anyone have been struggling to get a package from them now for the last 2 and a half weeks.. I enquired about my package from one of my salon suppliers. Got a message back saying it was signed for by someone in our salon and sent me the waybill and time only to discover that the signature doesn't match the person that was said signed for the package signature. Informed them that we did not received the package and that person wasn't even in the salon that time when said way bill was signed. Now I have sent them video footage of that time frame where it shows that the driver wasn't in our building that time that the way bill was signed for and the time their tracker said he was in our estate .. Now they say it's a my problem.. R1000 worth of stock got in the wind.. And now the owner or who ever after I send them footage from our CCTV company says that they are struggling to open the email but you I can even open the footage on my phone. Regardless of the fact that I did send my supplier from which I ordered the products from stating that the person who's allegitly signed for the package was not even in that time of when the waybill was signed now they accuse people in my salon of *****ing that wasn't even on the premises of the salon during the time.. Worst after client service ever the owner still didn't even attempt to contact me I have been in contact with then the whole time. **** poor service.. and attitude from them.. I did my part in giving them the footage. But they just couldn't care.. A R1000 less from my kids budget this month because the company just couldn't care less.. now I have to take that loss.. thanks again for the **** poor service and for basically *****ing food from my kids mouths..so frustrated with these people..

Great Service
I wrote a review on Facebook but that was totally wrong, these guys at ExraSmile are great and Mark the owner will bend backwards to help you. I apologize for the negative review on Facebook and wish I could remove it.
