Great service
A wonderful place the service is awesome and the gentlemen there helps and makes you feel welcomed at the shop honestly took two of my vehicles there for sound and got amazing service will definitely recommend them and their prices are very reasonable

Great service

Xtreme Auto extereme *****.
I refer to Xtreme Auto that advertise on Auto TRader. They advertised a 2021 Nissan X-trail 1.6CDI Tekna. Stated that is comes with leather seats and navigation among its features. The photos show a x-trail with cloth seats and no navigation screen. Price was good though and I thought I am still interested. I redquested a DEKRA report at my own cost. Word was that the report was good and I asked for an Offer to Purchase to be completed. OTP again showed that I am buying a Nissan Xtrail 2021 1.6 CDI Tekna. Before proceeding I got my hands on the DEKRA reports and it showed that the car was actually a 2019 2.5 litre petrol. The sales persons response : Sorry I made a mistake. I must say I am disgusted that this can happen. If some unexpected customer received that vehicle the first stop at the filling station would already ber disastrous. Sorry I made a mistake does not cut it. Personally I feel they should be forced to now give me the car in the OTP. THat will make them think twice about making a mistake like that again. BE careful of dealing with this company. PS I have the Auto trader Placement, the OTP and the DEKRA report to support my review.

Xtreme Auto extereme *****.

Xtreme Auto, dealer in Sandton
I purchased a vehicle from Xtreme Auto January 2023, I had this vehicle for +- months, but the vehicle was with the dealership for repairs than with me. The vehicle broke down July, the dealer had an assessor assess the vehicle & the report stated that this dealer has sold me a defective vehicle. The dealer was suppose to cancel the deal with my finance house instead they charged me a "usage" fee. They got a Laywer to send me a letter stating in the letter they would cancel the deal, instead they just did a settlement which made that I loose all my instalments & usage fee which I was suppose to get back from my finance house These people sell vehicle's in very bad condition & their staff is *********** & they all are *****STERS!!!!!

Faulty product and bad customer service
This car dealership is based in Sandton. I bought a 2nd hand car through financing on 5th of Feb 2020. Upon taking the car everything seemed well. I drove the car back home to Siyabuswa in Mpumalanga about 2h15 minutes drive. The following day around 21h30 I went to the petrol station about 5mins to my house the warning of the engine light came on. I took a video of that nd I sent it to them they told me that might be the sensor so it should bring it for a repair. Thereafter a day passed the car started smoking. We arranged for a repair with them and they did. So I went up again to collect it the car worked fine with no problem whatsoever. But 4 days later the engine light came on again. The car was overheating and then worst one of the bad day it engine stopped running. So my insurance company and I took the car for a diagnosis and the diagnostic report was shocking. So now they are not responding to my emails and watsapp mssgs. One of them even blocked me. I need please.

Shocking after sales service - Unethical behavior!!!
Purchased a vehicle and paid a R5 500 admin fee which they said was ”On The Road fees" which was for the license and registration of the vehicle. When collecting Wian tells us that we need to do the license and registration ourselves as we stay in JHB and they are in PTA so its not possible for them to do the license and registration for us due to the different municipal area. When we asked them to refund us the R5 500 we had just paid for them to do this they promised it would be refunded within 24 hours which was not done - Wian ignores our emails and doesn’t return any of our calls. After months of leaving messages and Auto Xtreme ignoring our emails my Husband left a message under a different name saying he was interested in a car they had for sale and only then they returned his call, When he told them who he was and asked what was happening with our refund Wian Swore at my husband and put down the phone and haven’t been able to get hold of him since. Every time my husband goes there they say he is in a meeting or not in for the day
