Refund my money back Loan reference: XFL/540099

Good day, I would like to report the company called Xtreme Finacial Services/Extreme Finance (Registration number: 2021/647024/07) Adress 5 Stock rd Phillip, Cape Town 7750. I have app**** for loan with them and they have approved loan reference: XFL/540099. Yesterday, 26 May 2025, I was told to deposit R1 499 to insure my loan to they account before my approved loan can be transferred to my account. So, I've made the payment. They called me to confirm the payment was received and the money will be paid into my account. A few minutes later they called to tell me that I need to make another payment of R2 499 for inspection and audit purposes. I told that them I want the R1 499 back and don't want the loan anymore and they said refund takes 21days. The lady called me and said they can assist me if I made a payment of R1 300 and the company will use the petty cash for the outstanding balance and help me pay the full R2 499 so that I can receive my loan amount but I must ewallet the R1 300 to number 083 478 1066 which belongs to Asanda Matomane. I ewallet the money to the number and she came later telling me that I need to pay the full amount of R2 499. I told them I want the R1 300 paid back to me and she said refund takes 21 days. I'm plead for your assistance Hellopeter to please assist me in this matter. I want my money back the R1 499 and R1 300 back into my account as soos as possible. Please help me with my request.
