Xtreme Finance refund mt money back. Hello peter please assist me.

Good day, I would like to report the company called Xtreme Services/Extreme Finance (Registration number: 2021/647024/07) address 5 stock stock rd Phillip, Cape Town 7750. My loan reference number is XFL/540099. A lady called Asanda Matomane told me to ewallet R1300 to cell number 0834781066 for my loan to paid out on 26 May 2025. My loan was never paid out and now she refuses to pay my money back telling me that refund takes 21 days. In addition, I paid R1 499 into the bank account as well on the same day. The company owes me R2 799. They still haven't paid my money back. Please please assist me with this matter.
