The Menlyn Shop assistant Chrissy Tsoene never explained the refund procedure but rather just slipped the tax invoice into the bag. The same day I called them to say I saw a HUGE red stamp on the slip "Exchange Policy Explained" what a joke!!! I Called them immediately and eventually landed up calling / their Head Office after poor advice. Managed to get hold of the National Area Manager (even worse) names himself "JP" poor outcome apparently on his investigation still await camera footage. Perhaps good idea not to get involved with such amateur fashion stores although they are not cheap - rather buy from more well know names. What a pity as even their contact number on the tax invoice is incorrect perhaps "JP" should focus on detail and staff training instead
