Bad customer service
I'm not happy with the customer service yakgona give to their customers, I've been ****med by one of their distributors which I placed an order to and she claimed that she's been ****med. When I contact the yakgona office they tell me I should go to police station to open a case, cause on their side there's nothing they can do. Instead of them refunding me and deal with their ******** distributor, they tell me to go to the police which i found it so unfair as their loya customer. What kind of customer service is that? I've been supporting yakgona for two years instead this is the thank I get.. I need my money back and I'm taking this matter further.

27 Mar 2025, 18:40The case was attended by the director of the company, the lady who ****med me (Johanna Rathokoto) under the name of yakgona multipurpose cleaner was found, and the matter was solved. The company didn't have any clue that their company name was used to **** us. But finally the culprit was found and we managed to solve the matter, thank you to yakgona multipurpose cleaner team, if it was not for them I was not gonna get the culprit and I will still continue to buy and use yakgona multipurpose cleaner as I can't live without it, it does wonders especially on stains. Every house hold need to have it.
