Deposit for Property was fleeced

I would like to make a complaint about a property company called Yambo Yembo based in Orange Grove .Contact details 0114831085 and the owners name is Peter 0832883332.In 2014 Feb we moved in the named property in orange grove.We paid a deposit of R4400 and inclusive of rent it was R8000.00<br> <br> In June we were given a month notice to vacate the building of which we complied with .End of June we moved out of the property with a promise to pay back my deposit in 5 working days.When the 5days reached was given a run around regarding my deposit till today nothing has been paid. I visited the offices and met Peter he explained we left the place dirty thats why my deposit was goobled .R4400 going down the drain and i told him woll report to all corners where i will be heard.He is a crook because charges high rates and cheats people always their deposits .He gives a run around when it comes to payments .I had a friend who had a similar problem fought till he paid him.<br> <br> Please contact this company and make the world know that it fleeces off people hard earned deposits .
